Southside Community Council is a body of elected members representing the local community of the Southside, Edinburgh. Representatives from SCC serve on a variety of Council groups, including the Local Partnership.
Community Councils form the third tier of government in Scotland and they were established to represent the interests and opinions of the local community to local authorities and other government and public agencies.
All meetings of the Community Council are open to members of the public and the press.
Please note that Community Councils are apolitical and cannot make any representations along political party lines.
