Filming in West Preston St
Dear Sir or Madam
We are planning to film in a business premises on West Preston St on 10th and 11th January and would like to get in contact with the local residents and/or traders association to advise them of our planned activities. Due to the requirements of the scene and size of our film unit we will be requesting road control from City of Edinburgh Council on our filming days (off peak hours only). We have contacted the majority of businesses in the street already and will be delivering notification letters to all residents and businesses in the surrounding area over the course of next week. Would you be able to assist us by posting an electronic copy of the letter to your members in this area? If you hear of any concerns or are aware of businesses or residents who have specific access requirements, please let us know and we will endeavour to address any issues in advance.
